It also assesses your ability to catch key information, understand tone and attitude, and infer meaning from context.
Reading

Writing
Writing assesses your ability to produce written Chinese correctly and coherently. This includes character formation, sentence construction, grammatical accuracy, and the ability to organize ideas into logical paragraphs. At higher levels, it also tests creativity and the ability to express abstract thoughts in writing.
Speaking

This tests not only vocabulary and grammar but also cultural understanding, collocation awareness, and the ability to preserve meaning, tone, and style across languages.
