YCT
Chinese Proficiency Test
Youth
The Chinese Proficiency Test(Youth)/YCT, an international standardized test for Chinese language proficiency, assesses primary and secondary school students' abilities to use Chinese as a second language in their daily and academic life.
What is Youth Chinese Test (YCT)
The YCT is an international standardized examination designed to assess the Chinese language proficiency of non-native speakers.
The Youth Chinese Test serves several purposes. It not only evaluates the language proficiency of young learners but also encourages them to continue learning Chinese by providing a tangible goal and incentive.
Additionally, the test can help students prepare for further Chinese language studies, such as the HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) exams, which are designed for adult learners.
